Common use of Terms of acquisition of further AsiaSat Shares Clause in Contracts

Terms of acquisition of further AsiaSat Shares. Any agreement reached between the Shareholders pursuant to Clause 13.2 or decision made by Able Star pursuant to Clause 13.3 for the acquisition of further AsiaSat Shares by the Company shall contain the full basis on which the relevant AsiaSat Shares are to be acquired, the source of funds and any applicable changes to the issued share capital of the Company and (if necessary or appropriate) to this Agreement.
