Terms of and Security for the Bonds. (a) Pursuant to the RAB Law, specifically N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-67(c), and as security for the Bonds, the Pledged Annual Service Charge shall be pledged to the repayment of the Bonds, in accordance with and as further set forth in the Pledge Agreement.
