Terms of Appointment/Duties of Price Associates. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Fund hereby employs and appoints Price Associates to provide, and Price Associates agrees to provide, the following Accounting Services: a. Maintain for each Fund a daily trial balance, a general ledger, subsidiary records and capital stock accounts; b. Maintain for each Fund an investment ledger, including amortized bond and foreign dollar denominated costs where applicable;
