Common use of Terms of Debt Instruments Clause in Contracts

Terms of Debt Instruments. Any bonds, debentures or other debt obligations of the Company may be issued at a discount, premium or otherwise, and with any special privileges on the redemption, surrender, drawing, allotment of or conversion into or exchange for shares or other securities, attending and voting at general meetings of the Company, appointment of directors or otherwise, and may by their terms be assignable free from any equities between the Company and the person to whom they were issued or any subsequent holder, all as the directors may determine.
