Terms of Deferred Cash Interests. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, any Deferred Cash Interests shall be paid pursuant to the terms of the DCI Plan and the applicable Partner Agreements and award agreements relating to individual grants of Deferred Cash Interests which shall set forth the applicable vesting and payment terms and all such terms shall be subject to the requirements of Section 409A of the Code.
