Terms of Employment Following Change in Control. If a Change in Control occurs during the term of this Agreement, a “Protected Employment Period” will begin and the following employment terms will be effective. Your Protected Employment Period will end on the second anniversary of the Change in Control or your separation of service with the Company if earlier.
