Common use of TERMS OF LEASE BINDING ON SUCCESSOR AND ASSIGNS Clause in Contracts

TERMS OF LEASE BINDING ON SUCCESSOR AND ASSIGNS. The parties hereto agree that all of the terms and conditions of this Lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors, lessees, sub-lessees and assigns; and whenever in this Lease reference to either of the parties hereto is made, such reference shall be deemed to include, where applicable, also a reference to the successors, lessees, sub-lessees and assigns of such party; and all the conditions and covenants of this Lease shall be construed as covenants running with the land during the term of this Lease.
