The development of the education program will be done by a joint committee. The Joint Committee will be made up of two appointed representatives each. The two individuals from each party may change as either party deems appropriate. The parties may make recommendations to CSSEA and the CSSBA on the most cost effective way to develop the education program if they feel it cannot be done in-house. The Joint Committee may mutually agree to invite other persons to meetings of the Joint Committee to assist in the development process. The Joint Committee will meet within 60 days and make recommendations within six months from the date of ratification of the collective agreement.
