Terms of Offering of the Securities. We will determine the initial public offering prices and other terms of the offering of the Securities, in consultation with Underwriters representing a majority interest in the Account. We may change any one or more of the public offering prices of the Securities, any Concession, Total Takedown or other discount, or any other pricing or underwriting term of the offering at any time before or after commencement of the offering.
