Common use of Terms of Other Agreements Clause in Contracts

Terms of Other Agreements. Become a party to any agreement (or any amendment, supplement, extension or other modification thereto or thereof) which, in any manner (i) violates, conflicts with or creates a breach of any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement or any of the other Loan Papers, (ii) provides for the granting or conveyance to any person other than Lender of Liens on or affecting the Collateral, or (iii) restricts the Borrower’s or any of its Subsidiaries (a) rights of ownership, possession or operation of all or any part of the Collateral or (b) rights or ability to direct the use or disposition of all or any part of the Collateral or (c) which requires the consent of any person (other than Lender) to use or dispose of any of the Collateral for any purpose or to act or refrain from acting with respect thereto.
