Terms of reference of User Committee. The User Committee is established for the following purposes: (a) to provide a forum for consultation between all participants on matters relating to the operation and performance of the Terminal, including (without limitation) any factors relating to any participant which may impact on the future performance or efficiency of the Terminal; (b) to enable consultation between all participants on current and planned Terminal facilities, including all proposals for any enhancement of the Terminal; and (c) to consult on matters relating to the Terminal Regulations, including (without limitation) any proposed changes to the Terminal Regulations.
