Terms of Registrations. The foregoing rights and duties shall be subject to the following terms and conditions: (i) The Company shall bear all of the costs of any registration statement, including all "blue sky" fees and expenses. (ii) The Company will use its best efforts to cause such registration statement to become effective under the Act.
