Common use of Terms of Restricted Stock Award Clause in Contracts

Terms of Restricted Stock Award. (a) The Restricted Stock award entitles Executive as of the Date of Grant to receive 90 shares of Class A Common Stock and 9,000 shares of Class B Common Stock, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
