Common use of TERMS OF SENIOR NOTE FIRST MORTGAGE BONDS Clause in Contracts

TERMS OF SENIOR NOTE FIRST MORTGAGE BONDS. Each series of Senior Note First Mortgage Bonds issued and delivered to the Trustee pursuant to Section 401 hereof in respect of a series of Notes being issued hereunder shall have the same rate or rates of interest (or interest calculated in the same manner) (including interest payable following a default on the Notes), interest payment dates, maturity and redemption provisions, and shall be in the same aggregate principal amount, as such series of Notes.
