Common use of Terms of the Add-On Term Loan Clause in Contracts

Terms of the Add-On Term Loan. As contemplated above, some of the terms and provisions of Add-On Term Loan shall be effected by the applicable Add-On Term Loan Lender Joinder Agreement executed by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and each Lender making an Add-On Term Loan, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to each of them. Any such Add-On Term Loan Lender Joinder Agreement may, without the consent of any other Lenders, effect such amendments to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents as are mutually agreed by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent to effect the provisions of this clause (d)(ii). In addition, unless otherwise specifically provided herein, all references in Loan Documents to Loans shall be deemed, unless the context otherwise requires, to include references to the Add-On Term Loans.
