Common use of Terms of the guarantee Clause in Contracts

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 26 September 2021 and end on 24 September 2022. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB40,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$48,200) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB3,333 each (equivalent to approximately HK$4,017). The obligation of the Customer under the New Guarantee Agreement is secured by (i) a personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor; and (ii) a corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor I, in favour of Chinlink Guarantee. 26 September 2021

In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB40,000 RMB110,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$48,200HK$132,220) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB3,333 RMB9,166.67 each (equivalent to approximately HK$4,017HK$11,018). The obligation of the Customer under the New Guarantee Agreement is secured by (i) a personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor; and (ii) a corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor I, in favour of Chinlink Guarantee. 26 September 28 June 2021

In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB40,000 RMB90,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$48,200HK$108,090) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB3,333 RMB7,500 each (equivalent to approximately HK$4,017HK$9,008). The obligation of the Customer under the New Guarantee Agreement is secured by (i) a personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor; and (ii) a corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor IGuarantor, in favour of Chinlink Guarantee. 26 September 2021.

In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB40,000 RMB120,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$48,200HK$143,880) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB3,333 RMB10,000 each (equivalent to approximately HK$4,017HK$11,990). The obligation of the Customer under the New Guarantee Agreement is secured by (i) a personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor; and (ii) a corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor IGuarantor, in favour of Chinlink Guarantee. 26 September 24 June 2021

In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB40,000 RMB110,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$48,200HK$131,890) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB3,333 RMB9,166.67 each (equivalent to approximately HK$4,017HK$10,991). In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB40,000 RMB45,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$48,200HK$53,595) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB3,333 approximately RMB3,750 each (equivalent to approximately HK$4,017HK$4,466). The obligation of the Customer under the New Guarantee Agreement is secured by (i) a personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor; and (ii) a corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor IGuarantor, in favour of Chinlink Guarantee. 26 September 10 March 2021
