Common use of Terms of the guarantee Clause in Contracts

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 5 January 2021 and end on 4 January 2022. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB50,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$60,100) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of approximately RMB4,167 each (equivalent to approximately HK$5,009). The obligation of the Customer under the New Guarantee Agreement is secured by (i) a personal guarantee granted by the legal representative of the Customer, who is also the major shareholder of the Customer; and (ii) a corporate guarantee granted by an independent third party, in favour of Chinlink Guarantee. 5 January 2021

In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB50,000 RMB120,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$60,100HK$138,120) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of approximately RMB4,167 RMB10,000 each (equivalent to approximately HK$5,009HK$11,510). The obligation of the Customer under the New Guarantee Agreement is secured by (i) a personal guarantee granted by the legal representative of the Customer, who is also the major shareholder of the Customer; and (ii) a corporate guarantee granted by an independent third party, in favour of Chinlink Guarantee. 5 January 202112 October 2020
