Common use of Terms of the guarantee Clause in Contracts

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 27 June 2022 and end on 27 June 2023. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB150,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$175,500) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB12,500 each (equivalent to approximately HK$14,625). The obligation of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor and the corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor.

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 27 June 2022 6 March 2023 and end on 27 June 20236 March 2024. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB150,000 RMB90,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$175,500HK$101,700) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB12,500 RMB7,500 each (equivalent to approximately HK$14,625HK$8,475). The obligation of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor and the corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor.

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 27 June 2022 9 September 2021 and end on 27 June 20237 September 2022. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB150,000 RMB20,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$175,500HK$24,080) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB12,500 RMB1,667 each (equivalent to approximately HK$14,625HK$2,007). The obligation of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor and the corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor.

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 27 June 2022 19 January 2020 and end on 27 June 202318 January 2021. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee fees of RMB150,000 RMB40,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$175,500HK$45,200) which is payable by twelve equal monthly instalments of RMB12,500 RMB3,333.33 each (equivalent to approximately HK$14,625HK$3,766.66). The obligation of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor and the corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor.

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 27 June 2022 22 October 2021 and end on 27 June 202321 October 2022. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB150,000 RMB20,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$175,500HK$24,320) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB12,500 RMB1,667 each (equivalent to approximately HK$14,625HK$2,027). The obligation of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor and the corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor.

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 27 June 2022 3 March 2023 and end on 27 June 20233 March 2024. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB150,000 RMB35,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$175,500HK$39,550) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB12,500 RMB2,917 each (equivalent to approximately HK$14,625HK$3,296). The obligation of the Customer under the New Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor and the corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor.

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 27 June 30 September 2022 and end on 27 June 29 September 2023. In respect of the above arrangementsarrangement, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB150,000 RMB200,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$175,500HK$222,000) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB12,500 each (equivalent to approximately HK$14,625)on 30 September 2022. The obligation of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor and the corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate GuarantorGuarantors.

Terms of the guarantee. The guarantee services shall commence from 27 June 2022 26 September 2021 and end on 27 June 202324 September 2022. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB150,000 RMB50,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$175,500HK$60,250) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB12,500 RMB4,167 each (equivalent to approximately HK$14,625HK$5,021). The obligation of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor and the corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor.
