TERMS OF THE JUDGMENT. If the Settlement contemplated by this Stipulation is approved by the Court, Lead Counsel and Defendants’ Counsel shall request that the Court enter a Judgment, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

If the Settlement contemplated by this Stipulation is approved by the Court, Lead Counsel and Defendants’ Counsel shall request that the Court enter a Judgment, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.B. The proposed Judgment shall contain, inter alia, the releases described in ¶¶6-7 of this Stipulation and the following provisions:
