Terms of the Risk Corridor i. If the Reported Treatment Ratio is less than the Target Treatment Ratio minus three percent (3%), PIHP shall pay Department eighty percent (80%) of the Reported Treatment Ratio denominator multiplied by the difference between the Target Treatment Ratio minus three percent (3%) and the Reported Treatment Ratio.

  • High Risk Use Npcap is not designed, manufactured, or intended for use in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance where the failure of the software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or significant physical or environmental damage (“High Risk Activities”). Use of Npcap in High Risk Activities is not authorized.

  • PRICING STRUCTURES Licenses and Support Services for the Licensed Programs to which this OST applies are granted according to the pricing structures mentioned in the related Transaction Document. Standard pricing structures are defined in the section “DEFINITIONS” of this OST, even though those pricing structures may not be applicable to the DS Offerings to which this OST applies. Other pricing structures may be made available on a case-by-case basis.

  • Assumption of the Risk The undersigned acknowledges and understands the following:

  • ASSUMPTION OF THE RISKS I hereby freely assume the inherent risks as well as any other risks not listed that are part of these Activities, and any harm, injury, illness, or loss that may occur to me or my property as a result of my participation in the Activities or during any transportation to or from the Activities—including any injury, illness, or loss caused by the negligence of REI, its employees, agents and officers, its contractors, and other Activities participants.   • CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ACADEMY 10) The characteristics of the Academy set down in Section 1(6) of the Academies Act 2010, are that:

The Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). Syncro and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities.

  • Employees At-Risk Through Medication Use 5.1 Employees who are taking medication which might affect their ability to undertake any kind of work safely, should advise an OH&S representative or the First Aid Officer, who will act immediately to eliminate the risks.

  • Fire Fighting Costs of operating and maintaining the fire-fighting equipments and personnel, if any.
