Common use of Terms of the Settlement Clause in Contracts

Terms of the Settlement. A. By execution of this settlement agreement , the Union voluntarily withdraws its May 1, 2019 -5/1/19 actions, claims, complaints, grievances, appeals, or proceedings of whatever nature, arising from the allegations contained in NG-5/1/19, with the exception of a grievance that may arise by reason of breach of any term of this Agreement.

Terms of the Settlement. A. By execution of this settlement agreement Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”), the Union voluntarily withdraws its May 1, 2019 -5/1/19 NG-12/06/21 and waives any and all actions, claims, complaints, grievances, appeals, appeals or proceedings of whatever nature, arising from the allegations contained in NG-5/1/19NG-12/06/21, with the exception of a any grievance that may arise by reason of breach of any term of this Agreement.

Terms of the Settlement. A. By execution of this settlement agreement (the “Agreement”), the Union voluntarily withdraws its May 1April 13, 2019 -5/1/19 2020 National Grievance (“NG-4/13/20”), and waives any and all actions, claims, complaints, grievances, appeals, or proceedings of whatever nature, arising from the allegations contained in NG-5/1/19NG-4/13/20, with the exception of a grievance any grievances that may arise by reason of breach of any term of this Agreement.
