Terms Other than Economic Terms. The terms of each Selected Product License Agreement (other than the economic terms, which shall be determined in accordance with Section 5.4(b)) shall be as mutually agreed by the Parties in good faith within [***] days of the Effective Date (as may be modified or added to by written agreement of the Parties).
