Common use of Terms Satisfactory to LC Issuer Clause in Contracts

Terms Satisfactory to LC Issuer. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of this Agreement, any LC Agreement, LC Application, or any other Loan Document, all terms and conditions of each Letter of Credit must be acceptable to LC Issuer in its sole discretion and each Letter of Credit must conform to all requirements of the LC Issuer. 5.9
