TERMS SURVIVE CLOSING. The terms and obligations of this Agreement shall survive closing, and the parties agree for themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns to be bound by them until said terms and conditions are modified by a mutual written agreement of the parties, or expire by the explicit terms of this Agreement.
