Territorial Area Involved. This Franchise is granted for the corporate boundaries of the City, as it exists from time to time. In the event of annexation by City or as development occurs, any new territory shall become part of the territory for which this Franchise is granted. In addition, the City and Grantee acknowledge that as of the effective date of this Franchise, the Grantee intends to provide service to the entire Franchise Area.
