Common use of Territorial Coordination Clause in Contracts

Territorial Coordination. The Parties shall, where appropriate, coordinate their Commercialization activities between the Allos Territory and the Licensed Territory, through the JCC, which coordination may include implementation of a global branding strategy for the Product.

Territorial Coordination. The Parties shall, where appropriate, coordinate their Commercialization activities between the Allos Licensor Territory and the Licensed Territory, Territory through the JCC, which coordination may include implementation of a global branding strategy for each Product in the ProductField.

Territorial Coordination.
