Territory Specific. Biogen Idec shall be solely responsible for conducting Territory-Specific Clinical Trials and Post-Approval Clinical Studies of Licensed Product in the Field where the data or other Know-how generated will have applicability only to the Licensed Territory and, except with respect to safety data, will only be used in filings for Regulatory Approval in the Licensed Territory, and shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to conduct such Development activities during the License Term in accordance with guidelines for such activities established by the JDC.
