Common use of Territory Clause in Contracts

Territory. 43.1 This Agreement applies to the territory in which Verizon operates as an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier in the State of Illinois. Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory. 43.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon may terminate this Agreement as to a specific operating territory or portion thereof if Verizon sells or otherwise transfers its operations in such territory or portion thereof to a third-person. Verizon shall provide API with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory. 43.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon may terminate this Agreement as to a specific operating territory or portion thereof if Verizon sells or otherwise transfers its operations in such territory or portion thereof to a third-person. Verizon shall provide API CLEC Party with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory. 43.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon may terminate this Agreement as to a specific operating territory or portion thereof if Verizon Verizon, with any necessary approvals from the Commission and/or the FCC, sells or otherwise transfers its operations in such territory or portion thereof to a third-third- person. Verizon shall provide API Intrado with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in Verizon sells or otherwise transfers its operations to the noticethird-person.

Verizon shall provide API Dynalink with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide API Marion with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory.

Verizon shall provide API Xxxxxxxx with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide API Ymax with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide API PNG with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide API WCS with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide API with ECSI at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice. Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory.

Verizon shall provide API DTI with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice. Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory.

Verizon shall provide API with BitWise at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice. Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory.

Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory. 43.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon may terminate this Agreement as to a specific operating territory or portion thereof if Verizon sells or otherwise transfers its operations in such territory or portion thereof to a third-person. Verizon shall provide API NHC with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide API Cost Plus with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide API Snappy Phone with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide API GNAPs with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice. Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory.

Verizon shall provide API Talk Unlimited with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory. 43.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon may terminate this Agreement as to a specific operating territory or portion thereof if Verizon sells or otherwise transfers its operations in such territory or portion thereof to a third-person. Verizon shall provide API Easton with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide API Globetel with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.

Verizon shall provide API NLG with at least 90 calendar days prior written notice of such termination, which shall be effective upon the date specified in the notice.
