Common use of Territory Clause in Contracts

Territory. Partner may participate in the Program(s) only in the Territory designated in this Agreement. Red Hat and Partner may elect to expand the Territory, add Affiliates and/or establish different terms and conditions (e.g. currency, taxes, entities, etc.) by mutual written agreement, which may take the form of a Partner Acceptance Document or written participation agreement subject to this Agreement.
