Common use of Terrorism Sanctions Regulations Clause in Contracts

Terrorism Sanctions Regulations. Become, or permit any of its Subsidiaries to become, a Sanctioned Person, including a Person described or designated in the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List of the Office of Foreign Assets Control or in Section 1 of the Anti-Terrorism Order, or engage, or permit any of its Subsidiaries to engage, in any dealings or transactions with any such Sanctioned Person, including a Person described or designated in the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List of the Office of Foreign Assets Control or in Section 1 of the Anti-Terrorism Order, or use the proceeds of any Loan or other transaction contemplated by this Agreement in violation of Anti-Corruption Laws or applicable Sanctions.
