Terrorist Organizations Lists. Purchaser is not acting, directly or indirectly, for or on behalf of any Person named by the United States Treasury Department as a Specifically Designated National and Blocked Person, or for or on behalf of any Person designated in Executive Order 13224 as a Person who commits, threatens to commit, or supports terrorism. Purchaser is not engaged in the transaction contemplated by this Agreement directly or indirectly on behalf of, or facilitating such transaction directly or indirectly on behalf of, any such Person.
