Test Rental Division. (i) Within 10 business days of the test date, Client shall return to CPS HR all Test Materials including all materials provided by CPS HR for the test administration. (ii) Client shall not reuse printed tests on the test date or on any other date but shall return Test Materials to CPS HR, whether or not the test was administered.
