The testing laboratory shall prepare a written report indicating the drugs, alcohol, or their metabolites tested for, the types of tests conducted, and whether the test produced negative or positive test results, and the testing laboratory shall disclose that report to the Appointing Authority within three working days after obtaining the final test result.
