Test Result Files. The contents of this folder includes all instrument test result files downloaded from each Auto Bump / Calibration Station that the USB memory stick has been used on. Test Files Auto Bump / Cal Station Tested Instruments Fig. 5-8 ‘Test Results’ Folder Contents Test Result Files: The test file names in Fig. 5-8, (e,g. PS500_250013_21_7_2015_1415) identifies the serial number of the instrument (e.g. 250013), the date tested in day, month and year (e.g. 21_7_2015) and the time testing was completed (e.g. 1415hrs). Each file can be opened individually to display a comprehensive list of test results obtained from that particular instrument. The following example, in Fig. 5-9, illustrates information available, including: • Instrument Type (e.g. PS500) • Test Type (e.g. CALIBRATION) • Instrument Serial No. (e.g. 250013) • New Cal Due Date (if Test registered as PASS) • ABC Serial No. (e.g. 805000) • Date Tested (e.g. 21 July 2015) • Time Tested (e.g. 2:15:25 PM) • Overall Result (e.g. PASS) Followed by a listing of air tests, then gas tests which display target / lo Limit / hi Limit / result / range / re cal val / re cal result for the gas range. Finally, an audible / visual alarm test result is displayed. Test results, as illustrated in Fig. 5-9, can be printed if required.

  • Test Results The employer, upon request from an employee or former employee, will provide the confidential written report issued pursuant to 4.9 of the Canadian Model in respect to that employee or former employee.

  • Drug Test Results 1. All records pertaining to department-required drug tests shall remain confidential, and shall not be provided to other employers or agencies without the written permission of the person whose records are sought. However, medical, administrative, and immediate supervisory personnel may have access to relevant portions of the records as necessary to insure the acceptable performance of the officer's job duties.

  • Positive Test Results In the event an employee tests positive for drug use, the employee will be provided, in writing, notice of their right to explain the test results. The employee may indicate any relevant circumstance, including over the counter or prescription medication taken within the last thirty (30) days, or any other information relevant to the reliability of, or explanation for, a positive test result.

  • Test Reports Should a test report (“Test Report”) be required on the purchase order, the Test Report must be signed or stamped by an authorized representative of the supplier. It must contain, as a minimum, supplier name and address, Buyer part number, purchase order number, quantity, date shipped, heat/lot number, all acceptance criteria for specification and list all of the specifications i.e. MIL-P, AMS, ASTM, etc. which would apply to the shipment. All material shipped is to be the latest revision available. All Test Reports to reference revision level of material shipped.

  • Test Samples The Contractor is responsible for providing Samples of sufficient size for test purposes and for coordinating such tests with the Work Progress Schedule to avoid delay.

  • Evaluation Results A. Evaluation results shall be used:

  • CONTRACTOR TO PACKAGE DELIVERABLES The Contractor will package deliverables in accordance with good commercial practice and shall include a packing list showing the description of each item, the quantity and unit price unless otherwise provided in the Specifications or Supplemental Terms and Conditions, each shipping container shall be clearly and permanently marked as follows: (a) The Contractor's name and address, (b) the City’s name, address and purchase order or purchase release number and the price agreement number if applicable, (c) Container number and total number of containers, e.g. box 1 of 4 boxes, and (d) the number of the container bearing the packing list. The Contractor shall bear cost of packaging. Deliverables shall be suitably packed to secure lowest transportation costs and to conform to all the requirements of common carriers and any applicable specification. The City's count or weight shall be final and conclusive on shipments not accompanied by packing lists.

  • Positive Test Result Where there has been a positive test result in a confirmatory test and in any confirmatory retest (if the employee requested one), the Employer will do the following unless the employee has furnished a legitimate medical reason for the positive test result:

  • Test Report The testing laboratory shall prepare a written report indicating the drugs, alcohol, or their metabolites tested for, the types of tests conducted, and whether the test produced negative or positive test results, and the testing laboratory shall disclose that report to the Appointing Authority within three working days after obtaining the final test result.
