Testing Frequency and Calculations. The Financial Covenants shall be tested monthly, or quarterly on a trailing twelve month rolling basis, or annually on a trailing twelve month rolling basis, in each case as required under the applicable covenant, and calculated based upon the Financial Statements of the Borrower, prepared and delivered to Lender in accordance with Schedule 4.1(b).
