Testing & Inspection. Construction Manager must, with the assistance of the Project Manager, the Design Team, Contractor(s), Council's Risk & Quality Compliance Unit and the Inspector(s), establish a schedule of, and procedure for, requesting, required inspections and material testing as required by applicable building codes, the Contractor(s)’s contract documents and other applicable industry standards.
Testing & Inspection a. Coordinate and monitor all testing and inspection programs.
b. Monthly, provide the OWNER with a schedule of inspections to be performed during the coming month, including the scheduled date, type of test or inspection and test/inspection criteria or standards. Issue reports that include date, persons present and test/inspection criteria or standards.
c. Comply with the requirements of the OWNER’s independent safety inspection program. Facilitate scheduled and unannounced inspections and provide information to the independent safety inspectors as requested.

Testing & Inspection. A. The Contractor shall perform slump and compressive strength tests for concrete paving. Slump tests shall be performed on every truck delivery. Compressive strength tests shall be performed every 50 cubic yards delivered. Compressive strength testing shall include three cylinder per test (one each for 7 days, 28 days, and a reserve). All tests shall be paid by the Contractor.
Testing & Inspection. A. The Owner reserves the right to retain an independent testing laboratory to perform inspection and testing of paving and associated work in accordance with Division 01 Section, QUALITY CONTROL.

Testing & Inspection. Supplier shall be responsible to conduct appropriate testing and/or conformance inspection to ensure that the Product will be produced in accordance with Product Requirements.
Testing & Inspection. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to conduct any test or inspection it may deem advisable to assure supplies and services conform to the specification.
Testing & Inspection. The Design Consultant shall recommend to the City Engineer in writing special inspection or testing of the Work in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents if, in the Design Consultant’s opinion, such inspection or testing is necessary or advisable to comply with the Contract Documents, regardless of the status of the Work. The Design Consultant shall review inspection reports, laboratory reports, and test data to determine conformity of such data with the design requirements expressed in or implied by the Contract Documents and Approved Submittals. The Design Consultant shall recommend to the City Engineer in writing actions that need to be taken, as determined from Site visits, inspections, observations, reports, laboratory reports, and test data, or from the Contractor proposals, schedules, or other relevant documents.
Testing & Inspection. The following provision will apply to the testing and inspection of the goods which shall in all cases be at your expense:
a) The company may, at its discretion, arrange for a sample of the contract goods, or of identical goods, to be tested.
b) The company may (either alternatively or in addition to the provisions of paragraph (a) request you to have such a sample tested.
c) The results of such testing will be forwarded by each party to this contract to the other.
d) It will be your duty to act upon the results of any such test, and to ensure that you make good any shortcomings or failures indicated.
e) Except where the goods tested were not to be supplied as part of the contract goods, any failure of the goods to satisfy a test will be treated as a breach of this contract, and the provisions of clause 5, without prejudice to such other rights as the company might have, shall apply accordingly, and
