Testing of Projects Clause Samples

The "Testing of Projects" clause defines the procedures and requirements for evaluating whether a project or its components meet specified standards or criteria before final acceptance. Typically, this clause outlines the types of tests to be conducted, the responsible parties for performing and witnessing the tests, and the documentation required to verify results. For example, it may require performance tests on equipment or systems prior to handover. Its core function is to ensure that the delivered project fulfills contractual obligations and quality expectations, thereby reducing the risk of defects or disputes after completion.
