The methods, processes, and technical requirements of CalTRACK can be found at: xxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/en/latest/methods.html The CalTRACK Methods require inclusion of the following: PG&E’s implementation of the CalTRACK methods will provide the payable savings across all Customers, in kWh. CalTRACK analysis can be viewed at any time, and will be updated monthly with the particpating Customer’s energy data and savings analysis. Contractor will have detailed dashboard access to the CalTRACK-derived data summary PG&E uses to track energy savings from the Contractor’s portfolio. For purposes of clarity, for the Project Customers, Contractor shall have exactly the same access as Buyer to CalTRACK dashboard. CalTRACK methods documentation, associated source code and weather data will be made available. Project Customer energy data required to reproduce all internal savings calculations must be obtained by the Contractor through Share My Data or if not available in Share My Data, Interact or if submetered, through Customer Meters. PG&E will use the most recent, CalTRACK methods to calculate energy savings. Minor version changes, i.e. v1.0 to v1.1, will be applied prospectively. Major version changes, i.e. v1.0 to v2.0, require written consent from both Parties, which cannot be unreasonably withheld.
