TESTING SAMPLES. Any testing samples taken from the Property --------------- during any inspection pursuant to this Agreement shall be divided and shared with Seller. In the event that any test results or reports contain negative information concerning the Property, Buyer shall promptly furnish Seller with written correspondence summarizing the negative information including the name and address of the consultant who discovered or learned of such information.
