Texas Government Code. 6.2 Within ten (10) days after final completion and acceptance of Work by University or as soon thereafter as possible, Contractor will submit a final invoice (Final Invoice) setting forth all amounts due and remaining unpaid to Contractor. Upon approval of the Final Invoice by University, University will pay (Final Payment) to Contractor the amount due under the Final Invoice.
