TEXAS LAW AND JURISDICTION. It is acknowledged that this Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the rules, orders and regulations of the Department in effect at the time of the execution of this Agreement. If any legal action is filed pursuant to this Agreement such action must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Xxxxxx County, Texas.
