Texas Participation Forms. Within seven (7) calendar days of the Effective Date, Texas shall transmit to the Settling Distributors copies of all Texas Participation Forms received as of the Effective Date that Texas has not already transmitted to the Settling Distributors pursuant to the deadlines set forth in Section III.A.3 or Section III.A.4. If any Subdivision subsequently becomes a Participating Subdivision, Texas will transmit a copy of that Texas Participation Form within seven (7) calendar days of receipt.
