Textless, Inserts, and Foreign Text Material Sample Clauses

The 'Textless, Inserts, and Foreign Text Material' clause defines how materials such as images without accompanying text, inserted content, or text in foreign languages are handled within a contract or agreement. This clause typically outlines the rights, permissions, and responsibilities regarding the use, reproduction, and clearance of such materials, specifying whether the party providing them must secure necessary permissions or if the receiving party assumes certain risks. Its core function is to clarify ownership and usage rights for non-standard or supplemental content, thereby preventing disputes over copyright, licensing, or attribution issues related to these materials.
Textless, Inserts, and Foreign Text Material must come in and go out on the corresponding (matching) frame from the body of the program to maintain 3:2 cadence. The exact time code need not match, however the frame must be identical. In the event that the end of program material does not match the body of the program, please notify the SPE Telecine Supervisor prior to transferring the material.
