Common use of TFC Services to PSP Clause in Contracts

TFC Services to PSP. TFC shall provide, or cause to be provided, PSP with the following services for the Project identified in an Assignment: 5.1.2.1. upon PSP receiving general and criminal background check clearance, assist PSP in obtaining such access to the Sites as is reasonably necessary to enable PSP to provide the Professional Services; 5.1.2.2. designate the TFC Project Manager who will supervise the Work of the Project and the Professional Services being provided pursuant to this Agreement, any Assignment, and the Contract Documents; and 5.1.2.3. provide intermediate reviews of the work product of PSP as necessary to allow PSP to proceed with delivery of the Professional Services in a timely manner.
