TFMC Marks. TEN acknowledges that, as between the Parties, TFMC is the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in and to the TFMC Marks and any rights related thereto. TEN acknowledges and agrees that nothing in this Agreement shall give any member of the TEN Group any right, title, or interest in the TFMC Marks.
