TFS'S PURCHASE OF BUILDING. Brillian expressly acknowledges that TFS has the right pursuant to Sections 15 and 16 of the Master Lease to purchase the Building. In the event TFS purchases the Building, which event shall be evidenced by a written notice of such purchase from TFS to Brillian, then in such event this Sublease shall be deemed a prime lease by and between TFS, as owner of the Building, and Brillian, as tenant of the Sublet Premises.
