The Access Sum and the Ancillary Charges for the forthcoming Contract. Year shall be revised by the parties if there is a material change in the cost to ABP of fulfilling its obligations under this contract. On or before 1 December in each contract year, ABP shall give notice that either it wishes to revise the Access Sum and the Ancillary Charges, or that no such revision is required. For the avoidance of doubt, a revision may not be made more than once in any Contract Year.
