User Manuals. The reports made available to Customer shall be in substantial conformity with the User Manuals, as amended from time to time, copies of which have been, or will be, provided to Customer.
User Manuals. 1. M&I shall provide Customer with a copy of the ACH User Manual and any updates to such manual. Customer agrees to comply with the requirements of such manual.
User Manuals. Supplier shall provide on-line links to original instruction manuals for each unit ordered, including complete documentation on all components used. Electronic notification of bulletins, revisions and corrections shall be provided as they are issued. Instruction manuals shall contain: • Definition of equipment capabilities • Technical description of equipment operation • Description of malfunction identification • Troubleshooting procedures • Detailed schematics • Installation and use instructions • Operating system software manual
User Manuals. As part of the installation of any item of Software, FIS will provide Client access to the applicable User Manuals. Client is responsible for the initial personalization and for the maintenance, reproduction and distribution of User Manuals which maintenance, reproduction and distribution FIS expressly authorizes hereunder; provided, however, that FIS hereby consents to the reproduction of User Manuals by Client solely for the internal use of Client in accordance with this Agreement. Client shall retain all FIS proprietary notices in any copies that Client makes.
User Manuals. Further details concerning administrative and technical information needed for efficient and effective exchange of data are set out in the User manuals.
User Manuals. Christie will provide to Customer reasonable quantities of user manuals for Digital Systems.
User Manuals. Except as provided herein, User Manuals (including those attached at Exhibit A-2) in effect as of the FAAR Effective Date may explain and describe the manner in which First Data may fulfill part of its requirement to provide the Services, but such User Manuals shall not diminish the requirement that First Data provide the Services as required under the Agreement.
User Manuals. (i) First Data shall maintain user manuals explaining how the First Data System operates, including report descriptions and formats (“User Manuals”). First Data shall, on the FAAR Effective Date, provide to RCSI current, up to date versions of all of the User Manuals for the Services that exist as of the FAAR Effective Date. These are as identified by First Data in Exhibit A-2. As further User Manuals may be developed for the Services and as existing Services are revised, First Data shall Table of Contents FINAL promptly provide RCSI with the new or revised User Manuals. First Data shall promptly provide new and/or updated information about enhancements or new products based upon First Data’s major implementation schedule which normally occurs six (6) times each calendar year. In addition to the User Manuals, First Data shall also provide to RCSI, not later than it makes available generally to its customers (sixty (60) days prior to implementation) operational bulletins. These bulletins shall provide advance notice regarding upcoming enhancements to the First Data System. These bulletins shall be produced on a regular basis and shall provide implementation dates, features, benefits and specific directions on where to locate more detailed information. The information documented in operational bulletins shall later be included in updates to the User Manuals and/or new User Manuals.
User Manuals. The Department may, from time to time, issue to the Authority a User Manual relating to the use of SPEAR. The Authority and its Authority Users must strictly comply with the User Manual when using SPEAR.
User Manuals. User manuals and operating instructions shall be provided with each piece of equipment. Delivery is not considered complete until one copy of each required manual is delivered. Taxes and Surcharges Prices shown do not include taxes. • The total telecommunications services sales tax is 6.75% for State contract customers except the Department of Transportation. • There is no State sales tax on telecommunications equipment associated with this contract. Allowable Surcharges • The Wireless E911 surcharge is an applicable surcharge. The surcharge is no more than $0.80/pager/month. • The Universal Service Fund surcharge is an applicable surcharge for wireless services provided through the State Paging Service and Equipment contract. The rate is 1.6% and is subject to change by FCC. Non-allowable Taxes and Surcharges • Franchise taxes are non-applicable taxes for wireless services procured through the State Paging Service and Equipment contract. • The Department of Transportation does not pay taxes on telecommunications services or equipment. • The addition of other taxes or surcharges is prohibited without prior written approval from the Contract Administrator.
