The Administrative Agent May Perform. If the Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Administrative Agent, upon written notice to the Grantor if practicable, may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Administrative Agent incurred in connection therewith shall constitute an Obligation payable by the Grantor on demand.
