Common use of The Administrative Authority Clause in Contracts

The Administrative Authority. a) shall make the business plan referred to in clause (1)(a) available to the public, including by posting on the Administrative Authority later than thirty (30) days after final approval of the Board; b) shall publish the annual report referred to in clause (1)(b) to the Administrative Authority thirty (30) days after the annual report receives final approval of the Board.
